Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states only. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@galenecandle.com your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
